Gad Almaliah Ketubahs

Gadi, who was born and raised in Jerusalem, is inspired by the vision of combining the ancient Ketubah document with a very striking contemporary look. His calligraphy is in the style of the Dead Sea Scrolls which is surrounded by either rich-looking, hand-cut embossed metals or vivid watercolor images. With a look reminiscent of both the ancient and modern land of Israel, these Ketubot are the perfect combination of a legal document transformed into a unique commemoration of the mitzvah of marriage.

Dodi Li - Silver Ketubah

"I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine", the most popular verse from King Solomon's Song of Songs, is the inspiration for this ketubah. The exotic garden of love is embossed on metal along with the first line of the poem in Hebrew, "Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth."

Eretz Ketubah

Colorful panels of landscapes, architectural sections and portions of walls and buildings surround the text in this contemporary design expressing the spirit of both the old and the new Eretz Yisrael. The Biblical verses on the border speak of the love between bride and groom. Limited edition watercolor lithograph.

Mesoret Ketubah

This design is reminiscent of the 17th century style where calligraphy applied in multiple borders was emphasized over painted imagery. Here, the seven wedding blessings, rich in color and lettered in a Sephardic style, encircle the ketubah text.

Pesukim Ketubah - Copper
